I’ve been a computer nerd as long as I can remember, but it wasn’t until college that I started spending a lot of my time coding. While I was attending University of Florida pursuing a degree in Economics, I taught myself HTML and CSS in order to work on my music blog. I quickly found that I loved coding, and knew it was going to be my career. I’ve been beefing up my skills ever since.

After college, I started doing freelance web development for friends, family and local businesses. I’ve now been working on the web professionally for over five years. Now, my days involve making high-performance web pages, beautiful interfaces, and smooth animations. I’m also the resident hybrid app guy so I get to work on mobile applications for our great clients.

When I’m not coding, I like to stay active. I shoot hoops every Tuesday, play softball every Wednesday, and I get to coach a basketball team full of youngsters on Saturdays. Other than that, my hobbies include hanging out with my dog Gary, listening to hip-hop, and — like most of the Big Sea crew — drinking craft beer.
